The Merino Story ships all orders within 3 working days of receiving an order. All of our deliveries are dispatched through New Zealand Post using their international air service for international deliveries. We quote approximate delivery times as listed by NZ Post Depending on your location delivery takes 6-14 days.

Overseas Custom Duties

Customers in all part of the world are advised to familiarise themselves with their country's importation policies before they place an order. Custom duties and tax may be levied on incoming parcels in many countries and payment of these levies is the customer's responsibility.
